It becomes evident for us that when we’re in the state of being anger, we and our anger is under the influence of Satan. So, this is Satan who triggered us and there is no better way other than seeking refuge in ALLAH from Satan.
2. Before And After Meal:
Something, another important and daily life activity done is taking of meal. In general, mostly people around the world, take meals three times. 6. When Feeling Stressed:
It’s natural that we work hard in the hard competition, we sometimes get stressed. It may results in anger or depression too and we don’t wish for any of them. Islam is a complete religion to follow and it guides us in this regard too. Facing any hard time, discomfert or being unhappy about any specific thing, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to recite the following Dua:
لآَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ اللهُ الْحَلِيْمُ الْحَكِيْمُ لآَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ اللهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْم
لآَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ اللهُ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتَ وَاْلاَرْضِ وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيْمِ ط
Transliteration – “Laa ilaaha il’lal laahul Haleemul Hakeemu – Laa ilaaha il’lal laahu Rab’bul Arshil Azeem – Laa ilaaha il’lal laahu Rab’bus Samawaati wal Ardi wa Rab’bul Arshil Kareem”.
Translation – “There is none worthy of worship except Al’laah, The Fore-bearing, The All Wise. There is none worthy of worship except Al’laah, The Lord of the Exalted Throne. There is none worthy of worship except Al’laah, The Lord of the Skies and The Lord of the Earth and the Lord of the distinguished Throne”.[Tirmidhi Vol.2 Pg. 181]
This Dua under stress shows the submissiveness of a person to the Authority and Supremacy of Allah Almighty, which represents the ideology that only He is the one Who can provide relief or assistance during stressful and discomforting situations.
7. While Traveling:
We usually travel a lot in daily life routine, we may be going to meet someone or going for office and school and collage etc. To look for safety while travelling is essential part to us. So, we should recite this Dua to ask our Creator for protections and safety.
Transliteration –“Subhaanal lazee Sakh’khara Lana Haaza Wa Maa Kun’na Lahu Muqrineen. Wa In’na ilaa Rab’bina La Munqaliboon”.
Translation – “Glory be to Al’laah who has given us control over this (mode of transport) and without his Grace we would not have been able to control it and undoubtedly we are to return towards our Lord.” [Tirmizi, Abu Dawood]
In short, the above are not only activities we perform on daily bases but those are what we all do, else activities differ with people to people. But whatever we do, we should always ask ALLAH for his best of the best blessing on us, in everything and on every occasion.
